An interesting episode and will be interested if she ever gets a book published.
I have to admit I chickened out and did not listen to the dark survey at the end of the episode. Part of me feels like I should have heard what this person had experienced, but part of me felt it was taking care of myself to turn it off. I am sure I would have been fine, but what if I were triggered? The idea that Paul had at first not wanted to read it made me feel like perhaps this was something too intense for me.
Giving myself permission to turn it off seemed empowering.
