Early episode tags

Hey y'all, I feel like the old episodes in the archives have really non-specific tags. If you want to search specific topics / issues / problems within an episode, the older episodes should have tags like "depression" and such.
for example, episodes in the early years had tags like "philadelphia" and "UCB" instead of the overlying issues one might search for in the archives.
Idk how to remedy the situation but I'm wondering if anyone else notices that in the old episodes.
