Nut butter episode
The bit Paul did where he played the nut butter song and how depressing it was was one of my favourites. I don't remember what episode it was. Does anyone remember? I would love to have that as my ringtone.

Sometimes you can search and get hits on Google with "Mental Illness Happy Hour" and the search terms.
I tried with "nut butter, and got episode 296_Glynn_Washington, but haven't listened yet...

OMG Paul He played it. I was so excited to hear it. I laughed so loud at work. He really made my dar. I woke up that morning feeling awful and played this at work and had the best day ever!! Thank you Paul.
