Episode with the Madness quote at the beginning?

Does anybody remember which episode it was that Paul read that quote about some serial killer that explained how a person could become so deranged? It was hella powerful, like something about the cry of despair that has gone unheard. Please someone remember so I don't have to go back and listen to all of them again. Thanks.

I don't know the answer, but hate to see you hanging. Was it an older episode? Have you tried looking at the episodes with transcripts? That would be easier than listening to everything.
