I don't think it took up a disproportionate part of the conversation and it wasn't Paul, who introduced the subject and it lead the guest to reveal a pretty important event, that still left her feeling empty and shameful today in her adult life. How is that not relevant for a show about personal trauma?
This show is about sexual dysfunction too and you can't just disappear sexuality form a show about mental health and life.

I agree with Fargin....it's part of the guest's "story" and should be explored, especially if the guest brings it up. Sometimes when you REALLY want to talk to someone about something, you'll put a piece of it out there and if the other person picks it up you feel like you can. If the other person leaves it, you are kind of left with a feeling that the item is shameful, bad, gross, whatever negative thing there is out there.
