A few shows back, Paul mentioned a documentary where I think he said a woman just gave people the opportunity to talk and she would listen to them for as long as they wanted to talk..... or something like that (forgive me if I've botched the description!)

Does anyone remember what that documentary was called? Or what episode it was on so I can go back and listen? I've re-listened to a few but I can't find it. Can anyone help??
