Last day before vacation.

I’m empty, cannot wait.

I’m aware that if I pay what attention I have, to the air, on days like these, I will learn something valuable.

Sleep was good.

Slight excitement. Listen to the air.

I know, at least in theory, that the order of the day is rest and recovery.

I’m swimming in exhaustion.

Doing anything feels counterproductive. My doing is worn out.

That doesn’t stop things happening though. I can let response form random-like. And stop responding when I have had enough. And say, ‘stop, that’s enough’, to others.

Just continue; that is all there is for a good while. And slowly with clumsy gentleness. Keep the effort level at 5 out of 10. No force or reaching for answers. Let them come.

Starting to feel my limitations, in a good way. Fractional successes threaded together. I don’t have to get it right, to get it right.

It is difficult exercising patience.

Though I seem to be.

I feel a bit out of control. It is unpleasant. I don’t need pleasant out-of-control though.

I feel like I am in a relatively safe space for out-of-control to roll out. That juxtaposition is interesting.

Nothing dramatic or fraught is happening. Or it is, but not to me. Seeing myself, not clearly, still feels like being alive, enough, for now.

This is good, I assume this is all part of a growth plan.

Please take care, Beany.
