Reddit Subgroups

Found the Reddit subgroup for the MIHH. Pretty quiet.
But then stumbled onto all the rest - /r/mentalhealth, /r/anxiety, /r/depression, etc etc.

What a raging river of need!

Many posters are so eloquent in describing their turmoil...I hope many of those poor souls can find help....

And I'd like to think about jumping in on my better days, but words are so limited, and the need is so great....

Well said.

I sort by top for the last month and read about the person who went to they grocery store and cooked a steak with potatoes.

I always talk about everyday-heroism and man, what a fine example of that.

That was for the anxiety sub.

Speaking of, I’ve a total of four panic attacks in my life, and they all profoundly sucked. I was in agony.

I’ve heard that some people have panic attacks daily.

Considering how hellish they are, can that be true? If so, how can anyone stand it?
