Audio Books? - Anxiety

Post by snoringdog »

I've been re-listening to "My Age of Anxiety" while in the car.

Something about being read to.....

And it's somehow a comfort to know that someone a lot smarter and more successful than I'll ever be suffers a lot more than I do with this thing.

Plus there are a few laugh-out-loud episodes he's brave enough to admit to publicly.

 :shifty:

Well, you technically didn’t say if you were trying to decrease your anxiety, or increase it.

Since I can only assume you want to ratchet up your anxiety, here is some bedtime listening:

The War on Normal People

(“bedtime listening” if you want to find yourself staring into the bathroom mirror at 3 am)

Just kidding! Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll be sure to check it out. (Though the Yang book is recommended, particularly if you want/expect to have a job in 2 to 5 years).
