Meditation App (that's actually free)

UCLA Mindful is a free guided meditation app. There's no free trial or pop-up ads. It's non-profit and truly free!
I've started listening to one meditation each day. While I have a long way to go, it does help clear my mind for a bit.

Thanks for the recommendation.
My counselor recommended headspace, and I was like “nah” when I saw the required login.
And yes, the UCLA app is just as you described.
I found the Spanish just as relaxing. I can understand about half his words, but for me it is just as much about the calm, confident, relaxing inflection.

Glad you're enjoying it. I tried Headspace a couple of times. I liked the English guy's voice, but I couldn't really get into it. The whole thing just felt too commercial.

Hello Remarks,
I just downloaded it and will check it out.
(Used to do meditation at the local gym, but have put membership on hold for awhile....)
I'm also starting to read "Breath" by James Nestor. Quite interesting! Such a fundamental process that we always take for granted....

Be well.
