Gotta Eat Something in the AM!

....Or forget about it... the daily crush begins and you're at a disadvantage....

One suggestion, if you like it -

Unsweetened Greek yogurt, with a dollop of Korean Ginger Tea (ginger preserves/jelly). Get the better variety with more honey than fructose.

The perfect mix of tart, sweet and tangy, it's really satisfying, and you don't need to eat a whole lot.

A teaspoonful of the ginger tea is great in a cup of hot water too later in the day, or if you're feeling crummy.
