Hello!
I met with a minor car accident a few weeks before. My hand got stuck in the door and was injured. Wounds were healed after the treatment. But I have still got some issues in moving it. I am unable to do any hard works due to this pain.As per instructed by my brother, I am planning to fix an appointment with AESM,Toronto for a physiotherapy( http://www.aesmphysiotherapytoronto.ca/ ... y-toronto/ ). Has anyone tried this before? Please share your genuine inputs!

See a physiotherapist without hesitation, as soon as possible. Injuries that surpass a certain severity don't recover simply. If not rehabilitated correctly it will leave you with a permanent loss of mobility or as you describe, pain. Your physician should have set it up, but I've found they don't necessarily get around to it, or quickly enough.

If you don't receive specialist exercises to treat the area of the injury while it's healing, well as I've said already, big trouble. It will be very unpleasant and you may have to go more times than you want to, and you will have to follow instructions to the letter, doing daily exercises, but it will give you a much higher chance of full recovery.

Go.

Also, find a good one, experienced, recommended, preferably by a physician, one experienced in recovery from severe injury or motor vehicle injury.
