I hate it but its works

When i am Anxious there is a few exercises that help me, Boxing is great. I just hit as hard and fast as a can there is no thinking to it so it helps me brain shut off for a while. ( Cant do it at 3 am though when everyone is asleep which i need now)

Cycling works really well listening to paul's pod casts work really well for me as well.

Personally, I find cycling while listening to the podcast works well. (Don't try this on a busy road, though.)
