This seems to be sort of a craze on YouTube but I started doing it and it’s surprisingly focusing and comforting if you struggle to collect your thoughts. It might not bring your stress level down but then again it might help a little. It’s free except for a pen and a blank journal. You can learn the basic techniques in 10 minutes online or there’s this book from the guy who created it that you can borrow from the library.
