The is an independent investigation of the mental healthcare system in Victoria, Australia. There’s a report and witness statements. It sheds a lot of light on a woefully inadequate system. Victoria as a state is the center of commerce in Australia. A ‘GP’ is a primary care physician.

This podcast summarizes it well. ABC is sort of the equivalent of NPR/PBS.
