Effexor & Fatigue

Hi all,
I've been indoctrinated to the effexor club. I'm taking it for depression and anxiety. Started at 37.5 for 2 weeks, then bumped up to 75. I've been at 75 for about 5 weeks and I'm so tired. All the time. Particularly when I'm sitting idle. Considering I work a desk job and have a 60 minute commute to and from work, this is a problem.
I took 2 naps on saturday and 3 on Sunday. I could take one now if I weren't at work.
I have a follow-up appointment on Wednesday... have any of you gotten prescribed a companion drug to help with the fatigue? Increased/decreased the dose? I have the feeling I will be upped again due to the anxiety (particularly social anxiety) still being very present.
Any experiences/input is much appreciated
