pharmacy help

I work as a pharmacy tech at my family's independent pharmacy- have many years of personal experience dealing with depression and various meds, but wanted to offer up whatever amount of inside info I can regarding the business side of things. I'm not a pharmacist and can't answer questions about side effects/interactions/etc. but can try to help as far as resources for affording meds, and general issues in the realm of insurance and pharmacy problems. Anybody have any questions???
