I am in full blown relapse. On top of my depression I started taking any drugs I can score.
I am about to start loosing people and good things in my life.
I promised to my husband that I will get help.
Now, how does one search and find a good rehab?
Please help, I'm scared!

If you are in America call 211 right away and tell them what you told us.

If you live elsewhere Google country name plus crisis/suicide line. Do this right away.

I just need to figure out what type of rehab I need: inpatient or outpatient; day program, or something else?
I'm not new to this, I tried rehab before. Obviously, i never completed one :(
I'm in California.

I say the following with irony, since you are facing an unironic situation:

If you're looking for a helping, look to the end of your arm.

Time to get moving. Time to be the action hero of your own movie.

If someone was going to rescue you, it would have worked by now.

There is a person who will be with you til the end, giving more time than anyone to help you. To meet this person look into the mirror. That's you hero.

Which rehab is best is like asking which Titanic lifeboat is preferred.

Google "California crisis line" and call the first ten numbers, if you have to, until you find someone who will listen. Call the AA Intergroup. If you found this website you can find them.

Get going.
