The world is so tough

The world is so tough. That is how I feel.
No one will give you a break no where.

I came back from a meeting in the new kindergarden my child is going to.

All the structure and excellence of the place, highlighted how imperfect and lacking my parenting is!

I really felt horrible sitting there with all the parents, who spoke assertively, and just wished that each of them would bear their soul.

The world is just hard, when you sit in such a circle, or you ask a dumb question, six people are ready to jump and tease you. I wish the world worked entirely differently.

I feel intimidated by the kindergarden teacher and workers, because it really looks like they are proffesional and have it all together.

and I lack it, I am not consistent, my house is not orderly, I am insecure, and hesitant.

Thanks for sharing, duck1. That you feel insecure puts you ahead of people who are conceited and full-of-themselves and wrong-headedly-stubborn.

Impossible to know their internal monolog, even if they look put-together on the outside.
