Regret about not being able to participate in local 5k walk
It is tomorrow, and it is for mental illness. No registration fee, and I had no plans. I saw the flyer earlier at a gas station. Really wish I would have learned of it sooner. It is a walk to "help end the stigma of mental illness." It is a cause that is becoming close to my heart, because of my own experience and because I have discovered this podcast and forum. I think I am going to go back there tomorrow, before someone takes the flyer down, to get the info off of it so I can participate in a future walk.
