After a harrowing January, I am easing my expectations down a little for February.
I’d like to post a few bookends, in the second half of this month.
In the gamified-fitness app through my workplace wellness program (Well-Travelled, the winter successor to my beloved autumn fitness app, Walktober), I found a recipe for a pomegranate chicken tagine.
I’ll make it the Saturday after next and post here.
Seriously friends, I need to get my meal prep together late this month. There are stakes. I want to conquer HALT.
In the meantime, I offer some of my favorite music links, especially the amazing Alabama Shakes:

Oak, let’s get through this mouth as a team effort. Link arms and face this Feb face on!
Face on Feb, knock off some negative moments, learn and push forward to March. Have to come up with a name for March.
Meal prep please keep simple, good nutrition with a treat a couple of times a week. With gain come rewards. Must have balance.
