Insight-

There is a bitter moment (for example - i'm angry at someone because I think there was something wrong done to me), and graudually the sting dissipates. Peaks and lows...

Had one moment today,

my colleague saw what I was working on and asked for an expalantion of a certain skill/know how I have.

The way she asked sort of felt me feel on the spot.

(She is newer in the my job than I am (by two years) super smart and lately she is rising in her powe and I feel intimadated somewhat. Less valuable and special._

So the way she asked made me feel very nervous. I'm happy or a least understand, that I need to share any knowledge I have.

But the ping pong of questions and answeres made me feel like i'm in an investigation.

I am at home now and I see the incident from before in a very differnt light.

The way I see it now - My colleague realized she missed some vital information at work and wanted to catch up.

She responed naturally.

Forgot to login in to say T.G.I.F. !

(My Friday was hectic, with a couple of "fire drills").
Decompressing today and trying not to bring things home with me.
Monday will come fast enough....

There are some women in my work who I can't stand.


IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT. They are nice, friendly, open and real.

It's just that I like quiet environment and privacy, and they like talking all day.

Yet I am resentful, because I have to hear their voices all day.


Like a radio I can't turn off.

I am with earphones, part of the day.

Try to see humor in it.


I hear her voice all day like a bird twittering
