Hello Oak,

Racing thoughts first thing are a problem for me too. Things I need to do, or want to do, and sometimes just vague dread and anxieties.

If I can pause and breathe slowly, sometimes that works, but every so often it doesn't and I get pissed and just jump up and out.
(Just being vertical sometimes helps for the time being).

Stretching while still prone and drinking a glass of water always helps too.
