I had a small success this morning & I believe it is partly due to the dose of Beany Boo encouragement yesterday. I was able to overcome my usual weekend difficulty getting up despite the gray skies and the fact that I had a migraine yesterday evening. I’m out doing errands and sunshine/blue skies are intermittently breaking through the gloom. Thank you Dr. Boo. ;)
