Feeling grief that when I tackled my depression, that wasn't the end of my mental health journey but just the very beginning.

So much more was hiding behind my main mental health challenge of depression.

I’ve learnt over the last two weeks that grief presentation morphs into different ways when your not paying attention to yourself. When you drop the ball and not focussed on yourself. It gets projected into actions not ideal to healing.

Manuel Moe i need to ask a couple of things.

With you exploring your grief, can i ask if you have noted a difference in your response to situations or any heightened triggers of note? Do you find emotions coming to the surface at odd times?

Hello Mental Fairy!

I have depressing thoughts enter my head constantly with no trigger that i can perceive, and those thoughts give rise to grief
