My coping mechanism is playing on the internet with my smartphone. The draw of this coping mechanism is strong. But if it was easy, I would be successful already! 
My wife lashes out at me with verbal assaults. It is hard to use the imaginary TV and Remote to turn down the image and the volume of the negative messages when she is lashing out at me with verbal assaults. But I had some success - I don't want to immediately turn her words into messages and meanings that discourage me.
It is effortful and I am trying for a different action leading to a different result. Give myself some credit. Love myself.
Even typing this is a different action leading to a different result! Oh boy, so hard to praise myself.

The phrase for today is: "Fast is Slow, and Slow is Fast". Meaning: don't rush planning and organizing for the day, 30 minutes spent in the morning can more than pay for itself over the day.
My planning for today is basically about having a Minimum Level of Productivity Quality for the day.
