The phrase for today is: "Fast is Slow, and Slow is Fast". Meaning: don't rush planning and organizing for the day, 30 minutes spent in the morning can more than pay for itself over the day.
My planning for today is basically about having a Minimum Level of Productivity Quality for the day.
