Excellent idea.

I got one for my office a few years ago, and it really helped.

Yes, definitely a physical feeling as well as mental.
Similar to hay fever, which I also have.

(Sun is bright today, so at least I don't have that to worry about!) :D

Well December 21- the Winter Solstice... shortest day of the year.... is over....

Why does a small patch of blue sky toward the end of a very gloomy day make me instantly feel better? (Happened just now, but then, Boom it's gone).

Why am I so affected by the weather? What a pain in the ass this is.

Hello M, thanks.
It's such a drag to be affected so easily by it. The light box helps though.

Awhile ago I was pretty stressed and posted a bunch of haiku/poetry snippets. Felt like a compulsion, but it helped. Here's one -
