today's therapy session was very personal.

one thing i can share is subject of the post: Grieving and Gratitude

our stories that make up our past, our present living awareness, and our hoped for future or dreaded future - can sum it up one way as Grieving and Gratitude.

I am also glad you are continuing with therapy.
