Re: Ta-dah! List
I jogged 10 miles this week. Jogging = people who were walking, were passing me.
The bus I was on stopped before I was ready. I fell sideways and accidentally brushed passed someone. They could see I was embarrassed and were cool about it.
For once, I said exactly what I wanted to say and left a domineering colleague speechless.

Bravo!
Keep these coming. They are enjoyable.
Also, you know what they say: no matter how slow you were jogging, you are lapping the (previous) you that was on the couch.
Edit to add: in both kettlebell and yoga this week I was able to do about a third of the exercises, so you are in good company, for people just trying to hang on while exercising.

Re: Ta-dah! List
I love your ta-dah!s and the name of the list, Beany.
This reminds me of keeping a daily gratitude list, which I do intermittently.
Wishing you more ta-dah!s this week.

Re: Ta-dah! List
At the risk of being reported or fired, I emailed a senior manager to point out they had made an accounting error.
Next day, I received an email of sincere apology and a promise to correct the error.
So, that’s something that’s possible.
