I call it "Revenge Procrastination" when continue to procrastinate even when every fiber of being wants to stop, also when have a run of good productivity, and might work just a hair too much and forget to take breaks, and then the "revenge procrastinator" comes out and takes control with a substantial bout of juicy procrastination

if you stay up and stay up and stay up and procrastinate going to sleep, that is most definitely "revenge procrastination"

My triggers for "revenge procrastination" are A) fear, B) managing my mood, and C) being happy as a pig in mud doing something that totally burns away all anxiety

gotta love that "revenge procrastinator" inside of me, gotta love him unconditionally

I apologize to the teenage-self inside of me that I associate with "revenge procrastination", i apologize for not feeling unconditional love

And the teenage-self inside of me, he apologizes to me, he apologizes for doing the procrastination that makes my future life a bit more difficult

this week I will practice having them apologize to each other

a step towards eventually having unconditional love towards the procrastinating part of me
