5, had Christmas with neighbours whom are very kind and thoughtful
6, being given a gift of a beautiful candle by my neighbour which represents the family we lost and to light it and have a moment.
7, to play corn hole game more times than I can count
8, cuddling a rabbit for the longest time and holding a live chicken!
9, commentating corn hole game with joes karaoke microphone he got!
10, knowing you all on here understand how hard today can be.

You’ll be happy to hear, my friends, that after a real downer of a Christmas Eve, I made plans for a happier Christmas Day: as planned I avoided HALT, showered and shaved, and spent a few minutes with the exercise bike, kettlebells, and tai chi. I feel better already, compared to yesterday.
I am completing plans/goals for 2023, but for now I am enough.

Cornhole, along with skeeball and (especially) Gaelic football are on my list to try, in my effort to get out of the house more.
