Happy Spring

Hey there,
Just popping in to wish everyone happy Spring and happy associated holidays. I know it may not feel like Spring depending on where you are geographically/mentally/emotionally but hope there are at least some small joyful moments nonetheless.
Also wanted to mention that my recent absence from the forum, email, etc. is due to health issues and not intentional. Temporary discontinuation of my RA medication for the Covid booster has led to migraines & joint pain, so I've had to limit non-work use of screens and typing. Only one more week to go and then I should be back to my normal abnormal self and catching up.
Take care everyone.
(these are intended to be non-romantic hearts but just as heartfelt!)

RiverGirl, thank you for the spring flowers!
Let’s see if these emojis work:
I am glad you are feeling better. Keep us posted!

Hello Rivergirl,
Good to hear from you!
then I should be back to my normal abnormal self...
Ha! Should we say "Hurry up" or "Take your time"?
The magnolias here are in full bloom, and the white-throated sparrows are singing their spring songs.
Need to get out the binocs and see which migrants are around!
Take care.

Hello friends,
Thank you for the messages. I'm still here and gradually recovering from medication disruption. I've been thinking about all of you.
SD, glad you're seeing signs of Spring. Magnolias always seem exotic to me even though they're pretty common here. And the white-throated sparrow is a handsome bird. Sparrows don't get enough recognition.
Hope to check in more this weekend.

So good to hear from you RG.
Cooling down here and I have to say I can’t wait for the icy mornings to become more frequent.

Thank you, MF. Great to hear from you.
I should have said Happy Autumn to you. It’s odd but this year I seem to want to hold on to the cooler rainy months. Wishing you more icy mornings.

I am glad you are feeling more yourself, RiverGirl. These things take time. Go fast to go slow.

Hello,
I'm feeling terrible that I haven't been posting on the forum or replying to messages, despite knowing there's no expectation to do that.
I've still been having some trouble with using screens very much and had another migraine mid-week. I'm going to attempt to post more this weekend, and if I stop it's because of those difficulties, not because I don't want to stay in touch. I know that probably sounds odd but my mood is low and seems to be manifesting as self-recrimination about a lot of things.
I hope everyone is okay.

Agreed, as always, with our good friend Manuel Moe.
Please do take it easy, and be patient with yourself.
I hope the migraines go away.
