Close friend going through break-up, in a place of anger

Friend is going through a break-up, and is in a place of anger. Wanted to try to help him stay in a place of self-compassion and mindfulness. I suggested writing some positive messages that he knows intellectually but he might feel distant from because they don’t feel true in his deep mind and body right now. Then having a “text-to-speech” bot read them aloud, and listen to them on a loop in his earbuds.
Also, wanted him to know that he “is capable of deep compassion and wonderment”
Used ChatGPT to come up with some stuff, it was pretty good at doing so

MM, this made me realise that we give advice and share our opinions here very freely between each other, but I would probably not dare to do the same with an IRL friend. I hope your friend received your words well.

My friend is in a bad place, drinking to numb the pain. I let him know I love him dearly, and he doesn’t deserve this pain. He really appreciated it

This is weird af. Someone is training an AI bot and it's going to mess up a lot of forums once it learns to be 100% autonomous. The link to a Polish interior design firm seems totally random and is probably just a placeholder for future links leading to spam and virus. Block!
