Only one?: family disagrees with everything I say.

Am I the only one who:

My family of origin disagrees with everything I say.

They also like to discount, ignore, minimize.

I say this not to get sympathy, but to see if anyone else is always ignored or made wrong.

I have at times I've been ignored, minimized and discounted. I wouldn't say they disagree with everything I say. It is frustrating and has lead me to not bother discussing a whole lot with them or having lowered expectations if I do.
