Subject titles of podcasts in discuss the podcasts thread

It would be a lot easier to find discussions of old podcasts in this thread if they all followed the same naming convention.
Eg
Episode 116: Meltdown: Listener Meghan Parkansky Returns

While I don't know whether its possible to change the names of old threads, could we adopt such a naming convention in future?

Paul: can I suggest, based on a practice I saw in another forum, that you post the thread relating to the discussion of the podcast as you put up the episode? I don't mind doing it I may just not get to it before someone posts it.
