I haven't done it as a while and my access is as an admin so I'm not exactly sure what tools are at your disposal. You might try asking another forum member. Let me know if that doesn't work.

The edit button is there, in the PHP (on the screen it is invisible but to the left of the "report post" button).

}

I am fairly certain it is missing CSS.
