Hope you're keeping the anxiety in check, it can be a pretty awful feeling.

Sometimes when I'm feeling overloaded with chores & obligations and therefore anxious, I stop and say - "I don't NEED to do ANY of this right now", and that sometimes takes some mental pressure off..

When the anxiety is more vague and maybe future-centric it's a little harder. Conscious breathing and a little mindfulness sometimes helps, but it's an ongoing effort.
