Is there a "report spammers" forum?

I'm thinking this poster may be a spammer (due to posting totally unrelated stuff, and lots of prominent business links in their post sig):

Is there an agreed-upon place to notify admins about such things?

Hello Boringartist!

The little icon of the exclamation point in the triangle for "Report this post" is the way to notify about spam and abuse.
