Forum Suggestion : Sleep Disorders

I know that technically they aren't categorized as a mental illness. But after years of therapy and meds and feeling insane, the doctors are now saying I may have Narcolepsy....
That being said, in the process of being tested for that and Sleep apnea. They think that finally diagnosing it and treating it will regulate so much of the depression, anxiety, weight gain, etc that I've always experienced.
Not sure if this will be the be all and end all of it. I'm kind of self-experimenting right now. And there's no place to share my findings.
