Sleep walking is back with vengeance. Opening garage doors and leaving the remotes on coffee table upstairs. Taking frozen goods out of freezer and putting in fridge!

Weird !!!

Oh you might be right! Wonder what tonight will bring.
My results from surgery are almost done. Meeting next week.
A blast from my past walked into my surgery today. Caught me off guard. A lot of water under that bridge. All sorts of weird feelings erupted.

We have taken in a pet hedgehog, he’s preparing for hibernation. Eating so much food. Matt’s made a box in the garden for him for warmth. I absolutely love nature.

The trip away hasn’t really helped the marriage situation. Really wondering what to do. Both very different people.
Saturday I’ve booked a movie ticket in a little town south of here called Stratford. Never ever been to the movies outside of my own town and thought I would try it. Movie The Way, My Way.

Onwards onto the night we go……I wonder what I will do tonight!

Howdy Mental Fairy,

I think will compose a text (with the help of my therapist) about resentments that are brewing in me against my wife

it is a strange way to communicate, but i am on the autism spectrum, gotta pick a way that will maximize being heard and minimize antagonism

i like that i can compose for a specific situation that arises, then can send it to her at that relevant moment

it doesn't have to be long

it will be a longish text, but definitely not a novel

Hi MM

Right now I am struggling to see a future with Joe. We are polar opposite currently. Struggling with that aspect.

Howdy Mental Fairy,

Yeah, my wife and I seem polar opposite sometimes too. She is type “A” (go-getter) and I am depressed with ADHD, and she doesn’t believe in mental-health - if you are not productive in a capitalist-type-way, it must be a character defect or a moral defect.

My daughter is not my biological daughter, the connection is through my wife. It is scary.

Hello Manny,

May I ask what brought you both together?

And sometimes I think short notes can be a good way to communicate at first without so much emotion being automatically evoked right away. (We're emotional beings who think, and not the other way around... )

I got to think about this. My wife and I have been together for more than 20 years and we are not the same people

So glad when you post, SnoringDog!
