Not my song, but a VERY good motivator

There's a song by a band by Ghost Mice that I know by heart; one time, in a driving-my-car induced anxiety/panic attack, I just belted out this song because I was looking so hard for a parking space--and I found one before I even ended the lyrics.
Just wanted to share it with you all... it's about Dungeons and Dragons, but truly it's a metaphor:

When you're deep in a dark dungeon
And the cleric's down and dyin'
and you've taken all the potions you had left
And you feel like you are doomed
Because the demon you set loose
Is after you; and you can smell its breath
And the door between you and it is pretty thin
And the wizard is all out of spells
The fighter's took a few too many hits!
This thing it came from hell
It seems like it can't be killed, well:
Don't ever give up
Not all fights are won by skill
Some are won by luck
Don't ever give in
You've gotta keep on tryin,
Til you lose or you win
CROSS YOUR FINGERS ROLL THE DIE!
Wait with hope for the big 2-0!
Cross your fingers roll the die!
Let it go, let it go, let it go,
Let it roll, let it roll, let it roll
Don't give up yet
No, don't ever quit
There's always a chance
Of a critical hit!
Of a critical hit!
The biggest baddest beast has easily been beat
With one lucky shot
Dragons have fell
And kingdoms have been saved
By people givin everything they've got
By people who never gave up
By people who know just to let the dice roll
And see what comes up
No we should never, ever give up!
I connect hugely to songs and just wanted to share it with you all who are feeling sort of where I am: helpful but a little ambivalent and worried. My new meds are my roll of the die; gonna cross my fingers for the big 2-0 on this new semester of school and finding a proper balance for psychiatrist visits and talk therapy. Obviously I take this song as a metaphor for my mental illness; I love songs when you can just take whatever you want from them.
Take care, everyone who cared to listen and hopefully enjoy.
