Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post something like this or not, but I was wondering what other podcasts you all listen to other than The Mental Illness happy hour.
Here's a few of my favorites that really help to get me through the day.
Your Mom's House http://yourmomshousepodcast.com/episodes/ -Quite possibly one of the funniest, most offensive things I have ever listened to. Christina Pazsitzky, who is one of the hosts, was a guest on the Mental Illness Happy hour a couple of years ago.
Spontanianation http://www.earwolf.com/show/spontaneana ... -tompkins/ - Light hearted interviews with creative people followed by a live improve show.
Comedy Bang Bang http://www.earwolf.com/show/comedy-bang-bang/ - Funny interviews, some with comedians pretending to be celebrities; some of my favorites being Ice T and Sir Andrew Loyd Weber
Until I lose Interest http://untililoseinterest.com/- Comedian David Taylor interviews interesting people from around the Comedy Store in Los Angeles. This one can get a little dark at times, but it's usually really funny.
Ari Shaffir's Skeptic Tank http://www.arishaffir.com/category/podcast/ (Trigger warning on this one. Ari talks a lot about doing drugs)
Then there's some that as an ex fundamentalist Christian I find pretty cathartic, but some will definitely find offensive. Listen at your own risk.
The Scathing Atheist http://scathingatheist.com/podcast/ - Extremely irreverent comedy news show that makes religion the brunt of many offensive jokes. I've been listening since the first episode. One of my all time favorites
Cognitive Dissonance http://dissonancepod.com/- Silly show that pokes fun at religious and conservative news stories dredged up from the internet. Lots of talk of long black cocks and glory holes.
Imaginary Friends Show http://imaginaryfriendsshow.com/podcast-episodes/- Australian quiz show that talks about recent news from all over the world. The host, Jake Farr Wharton,
struggles with clinical depression and talks about it from an atheists point of view in a couple of episodes.
Anyway, that's just a few of my favorites. I also listen to a bunch of the NPR shows, and some news ones. You could say I'm a bit of a junky.
