I cannot say enough good things about what Paul is doing. It is a testament to how awesome this is that I battle my apathy to post.
I have found some relief though Blues, and specifically performing with my blues band, The Suffering Blues Band.
I find that when I sing, these performances are extremely cathartic. Singing the blues cannot be faked.
