Hey everyone,
My name is Justin, and I suffer from depression and exhibit traits of BPD. I have been listening to the show for a year or two now, but never signed up for the forums because I didn't think I had anything worthwhile to contribute. However, mental health and mental illness awareness are extremely important to me, and I've been writing a lot about it. I wrote a piece that I posted on Medium.com, which I sent to Paul via Twitter. I was kinda shocked when I got a response, but I was glad he read it. Anyway, I wanted to share it with the rest of you in hopes that maybe you'll enjoy it too. Hopefully I'll have something else worth sharing soon!
