a tiny play about suicide

I don't write about depression or suicide very often, and when I do it's usually brief and indirect (not about my own experiences).

I wrote this play about it a while ago: http://figment.com/books/136216-Tiny-Play-3. In a weird way I can't explain I'm kind of both these characters and I'm kind of definitely neither of them. idk.

Anyway. I'm just starting work on a project that's definitely going to challenge my reticence to delve into this stuff fictionally, so I found myself going back to that piece.

If you have any comments on it, I'd prefer for you to leave them here than on the site where it's posted.

I clicked on it to have a little look but ended up reading the whole thing to the end, you should be proud of this self-expression.

Aw, thanks.

It was very strange for me reading this over. I remember writing it and the feelings are obviously familiar, but I don't write or think in terms of plays any more. So it's like reading something written by me in a language I'm super rusty in now.

Well, hang on to it. And that form of self-expression may resurface one day at a time when it is most relevant :)
