Hypomania HELP
Hypomania HELP
I have bipolar 2 disorder. I’ve been treating it since 2015. Since I started medication I have really had hypomania symptoms. Now it’s full blown hypomania and I have no idea what to do. I just feel like I can’t calm down inside my head. Elevated mood but at the same time sad. And I cannot sleep

Re: Hypomania HELP
First idea, is it could be your dosage. Contact your Psych for advice. That’s allowed outside of appointments for this issue. Second, if by elevated you mean good, it might be that your mood is allowing you to feel that sadness. Your other symptoms then might be your mind trying to find a way to process. I could say more but it is probably better to do that in conversation rather than lay out a big long answer that’s speculative and unqualified.
