I'm not one to believe the 'do yoga and you'll never need those pills again' hype...
But about two months ago I started doing Bikram Yoga 3-4 times a week and I feel fantastic. Completely asymptomatic. Of course I'm staying on my meds but there's something to be said for a good sweaty workout.
Plus I'm starting to look real good.....

Yoga is awesome, and I am also a particular fan of the restorative powers of hot, schwetty yoga. I have been doing it for 2.5 years and it has helped me keep my sanity in that time (just barely).
