I have no affiliation with this blogger or this website, but I found it on Pinterest and there's a great list of self-care habits for when you're just feeling like shit about yourself. It is specific to body image issues, but I would imagine that there are tools on here I would use on those days when my chin can't seem to lift up off my chest.
