Depression Support Groups in Los Angeles - overwhelmed
I searched in the forum for "support groups Los Angeles"... found a good referral to nami.org, etc; have also googled... I don't know if it's just the smoked lenses of my depression, but I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the options, and bound by inertia... am a huge fan of the podcast and trust that Paul's kids have already vetted some good options in Los Angeles -- preferably that specialize in Depression -- any specific recommendations? Thank you.
