Will They Be Mad at Me?

One thing I get major anxiety about is if people in authority will get mad at me. Even if I know they're nice. Does anyone have this? I also regularly think my husband is mad at me when he's not. In fact he barely is. I just worry. It's my thing.
So I want to email someone about something and I'm worried she's going to hate me and ridicule me in response even though she doesn't really behave like that. I still feel like this is the sort of thing that could kill me. Even after tons of therapy...
Any thoughts?
